About the event
This course will specialize in restaurant operations and be taught by the renowned Darryl Shoemake. His experience includes 22 years as Chief of Operations at Black Eyed Pea, Regional Vice President at Applebee's, and President of Hacienda Colorado. Classes will be held every other Monday and will last between 90 minutes and 2 hours.
